Pack Your Item

Safely pack your order back into it’s original packaging. We recommend you pack and ship your item in the same way you received it. LinkedAll is not responsible for items damaged during transit.

Ship Item Using Prepaid Label

Print your prepaid shipping label and place it securely onto your package. You can track your return using the tracking number that will be provided. LinkedAll is not responsible for packages lost during transit.

Eligibility & Conditions:

Please read conditions carefully. All items must be returned within 30 days from original purchase date. Items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box and must include all packing material, manuals and accessories. We can only refund the original purchase price, shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. LinkedAll reserves the right to refuse the return of any item that is unsealed, open, or shows signs of alteration. If the item is no longer in new condition you may still be eligible for a refund, however a restocking fee of 15% will be applied. All software and subscription-based sales are final.

Defective or Damaged Items:

Defective items within 30 days of original purchase date may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at LinkedAll’s discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model. All items deemed defective after our 30-day policy will be directed to the manufacturer for further evaluation and processing. LinkedAll will test items that are returned because they didn’t start when they arrived and impose a fee for 15% of the sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned item that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee of up to 50% based on the condition of the product.

Refunds & Credits:

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the date of purchase. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
