SPECIALIZED OPTICAL GAS IMAGING CAMERA
According to the Environmental Protection Agency, a typical refinery or chemical plant can emit 600-700 tons per year of VOCs from leaking equipment, such as valves, connectors, pumps, compressors, etc.
That’s going to stop here..
The OGI 640 (Optical Gas Imaging) camera brings together the latest in detector, cooler and lens design for detecting and visualizing hydrocarbon gas leaks. The powerful low SWaP platform is built for integration into manned and unmanned aerial platforms for surveying large areas of infrastructure in a fast and effective manner.

Detect Small Leaks Before They Turn Into Big Problems
The OGI 640 (Optical Gas Imaging) camera core brings together the very latest in detector, cooler and lens design for optimizing the detection and visualizing of hydrocarbon gas leaks . The combination of these state-of-the-art components produces the smallest, lightest and lowest powered OGI camera core in the market today which makes it ideal for integrating into gimbals or enclosures for unmanned aerial vehicle platforms or fixed mounted, continuous monitoring systems.
The Best Resolution On The Market
The OGI 640 utilizes a new state-of-the-art 640 x 512, 15μm pixel pitch HOT MWIR detector array with a special narrow bandpass cold filter in a miniature, long life, closed cycle, stirling cooler with an f/1.5 cold shield and an optimized purpose built lens to provide unmatched thermal sensitivity.
Weight
Weighing in at only 542 grams with a lens and with dimensions of <150mm the OGI 640 makes this an easy choice for OEM’s and integrators.

Image Visualization
The camera core also has advanced image processing features such as Local Area Processing,-Dynamic Contrast Enhancement, Noise Reduction Filter, Foreground and Background Boost Contrast, automatic gain and level control, 2x, 4X and 8x digital zoom, multiple color palettes and up to six calibration tables for different scene conditions.
Modes
The OGI 640 cores are available with a choice of digital and analog inputs and outputs including Camera Link, Gigabit Ethernet, H.264, NTSC/Pal video and RS-232/RS-422 serial camera control.
